I called them for a root canal appointment with Dr. Mohorn and I was told that they take only referrals for root canals. My general dentist sent the referral email on the same day but HPU health never called me back. When I called them after a week, they said allow at least a couple of weeks for them to review the referral and schedule me. It's been 78 days when I write this review today and I have never received a call, email, or any other communication from the office, not even a notification whether or not my case qualifies for root canal. Root canals are not elective procedures that patients can comfortably postpone indefinitely. Waiting nearly three months without any follow-up is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of communication and terrible patient care. Glad to see other patients have received good treatment and care but based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office and highly recommend them! From the moment I walked in, Cheryl at the front desk was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The office was very clean, organized, and had a calm, comfortable atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. I have a lot of dental anxiety, but Kidist, the dental assistant, was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring throughout my visit. She took her time, made sure I was comfortable, and helped ease my nerves every step of the way. Her compassion and professionalism truly made a difference in my experience.Dr. Kahn was wonderful. She was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. I especially appreciated how informative she was about my dental health, future treatment recommendations, and next steps in my care. She provided valuable education about maintaining good oral health and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand.The entire team was friendly, compassionate, and attentive. Excellent staff and very knowledgeable, professional, we felt at ease. We highly recommend High Point University Health in Greensboro Dental Specialists. Cheryl the receptionist is outstanding and friendly. Jennifer came out and was so caring and explained the bill to us. Both are an asset. Dr. Garcia was so professional and friendly. Corrine is so sweet and professional. You will not be disappointed!😊🪻

Miguel was the dental assistant today with Dr Morhorn at their Hub Office. Miguel was so professional, nice, warm, approachable & calm— he really helped me with my chronic ‘lab coat syndrome’ It’s when you have gripping fear that you can’t control any time for an appointment. He sure was very good to work with while making me feel comfortable and more at ease — and I didn’t even have a dental procedure yet!! I had some scans & 3D xray and other imaging for a future appointment.

Dr. Khan and Lizbeth were absolutely wonderful. I have had several traumatic visits to dentists and orthodontists over the years, and they made me feel so comfortable here, and answered all the questions that I had thoroughly. They were caring and kind.
